How long does shipping take for BMX parts?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy on installed parts?
We only accept returns on items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging within 30 days. Once a part has been installed or shows signs of use, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Eclat products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Eclat BMX components are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Specific terms vary by product category, such as frames versus consumables like grips.
Are your tools and parts compatible with other BMX brands?
Most of our parts follow industry-standard sizing (e.g., 9/16" pedals, 1-1/8" headsets). However, we recommend checking the specific technical specifications on the product page to ensure compatibility with your current setup.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the shipping floor, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete bikes?
Our complete bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We strongly recommend having a professional bike shop perform the final assembly to ensure safety and validate your warranty.
