Secure Packaging
Place the unused components back in their original Eclat packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the parts, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
